weird formatting when opening profile

From any question on Q&A page, clicking to expand your profile menu, this is what I get:

I am using Firefox, as always, and this behaviour started yesterday.

Right now when posting the question the effect is even weirder:

Can anyone else confirm? Same browser, different browser?
