SDS Report shipping is not having exposure scenario sections

Hi EH&S Experts,

I am facing issue regarding exposure scenarion sections on EU SDSs. I am able to see the all the exposure scenario sections in raw reports in CG50 and CG54. When the final report is generated for report shipping in CVD1 the sections for eSDS is missing.

Do I need to add any configuration or setting in Gen Variant to include exposure scenarios? Please let me know.

can i assume you are using standard template (as delivered by "3E/Verisk" etc.)?

Principly: as part of the SD_CALL process the process should be able to identify

a.) material number in scope

b.) business partner in scope (recipient of SDS/MSDS)

Assuming that recipient is located in "REACH EU" etc.

I can not explain why the "appendix" might be missing.

If this fact coming up only for one "material" / "Real_SUB" / "Generation Variant / language" combination?

Can you please check in CVD1 the used "parameters". Anything "strange"?

If you do not get a result: i would propose to start an OSS dialog as it is nearly not possible for this community to help for such cases

the "Report shipment" process can be started as a "MAN_CALL"; "SD_CALL" etc.

Please describe what action you have done in CG50/Cg54 to "see" the full eSDS; and what type of report shipment we are looking at (e.g. MAN_CALL / SD_CALL etc.)

We are doing a SD_CALL shipment
