Hi,

I couldn't find your attachment. However Have you created Task list ?

If Yes, then Please Check Sampling Procedure attached or not in Characteristic overview, Inspection points 300 (Inspection point for equipment) in Header Screen.

Hi Rahul,

There is no sampling procedure in business process thats why we are not attached sampleing procedure.

Inspection point 300 is already in task list. any other setting required.

Hi Parag

You have to maintain sampling procedure as without sample calculation Lot will not get Status REL.

Hi Parag,

Did you run a test scenario with sampling scenario? And did you check what Erik has mentioned?

Hi Ntn,

If sampling procedure is maintained then inspection lot in released status, but is it required new UD code for Equipment.

No You can use Standard UD Code. For this You have to assign Selected Set in Inspection Type 14 as per attached Screen shot.

Go to QCC3-> Inspection Lot Creation-> Maintain Inspection Types.

After Maintaining this Selected Set for Insp. Type 14, System will Show you the Same UD Code at the time of Usage Decision.

Still if you want your Code only then you have to customized by using Tcode QS41 & QS51.

No Parag,

There is no impact on UD selected set.

I didn't get your point. If you have correctly maintained in config setting as per the snap given by Rahul, you should not face any issue while making UD for the inspection lot.

Please check the UD Selected Set Code in QS51 by Entering EQT Selected set & See whats code are maintained. If its right codes then don't do any changes in that & use it.

Hi Ntn,

One thing i will ask you if my business not using sampling procedure in that case what will be the solution.

Hi Parag,

I explained this before also. A dummy sampling procedure can be made.

"you can make a sampling procedure with Fixed sample. Maintain sample size as 1 and acceptance number 0. This way there won't be any impact of SP (tick only sampling procedure in the control indicators of MIC)"

In addition, you do not set indicators for Additive and Destructive in control indicators for MICs.

This way you would be able to map sampling procedure.

Hope you got the point.
