C4C Reporting on Org Unit Hierarchy

In terms of C4C analytics, is there a way in which i can generate a report based on the Organisational Hierarchy so i display a breakdown of employee tickets by Org unit. We have 12 levels in org structure and i want to know if its possible to able to get a breakdown of tickets at what ever level i examine.

We use C4C (s) for Employee Support. We have approx 250k of tickets in C4S.

We can see tickets by individual Org Unit but not Hierarchical.

Any Suggestions?

Hi Mr. Andrew Smith,

I hope you are doing well.

Currently it is not available as there is no hierarchy enabled for Org Unit, which could be a great new requirement to be submitted on SAP Customer Influences, as once we have any kind of hierarchy available for Org Units it would be possible to achieve your business needs.
