Inspection lot is not showing in QA32

Hello all,

I have the following questions.

1. For an inspection lot generated via 109 movement, the status is CRTD PSAG SPRQ. . Why does this inspection lot not have status "released". I know that if i go to the inspection lot nd assign the task list it will become released. But why shuould this be done manually. How to make that REL state at once it is created.

2.ANd this particular inspection lot is not shown in QA32 ,but showing in QA03.

Can anybody help this.
