Alternate unit of measures in PI Sheet

Hi All,

Presently we are in to implementation of PI sheet functionality. As per our clients requirement we need to call the process order components in pi sheet in different alternate unit of measures as per requirement.

For example for component u2018Xu2019 base unit is in GAL(Gallons) and alternate unit of measures are PS (Pounds solids), BG (Bags), BN (Bins) etc as per the client defined in material master. Since pricing unit is PS (Pounds Solids) BOM components are maintained in PS (Pounds solids). So if we see in process order for component u2018Xu2019 unit is in PS (Pounds solids). But when I call the components in PI sheet I would like seen in other units like GAL or BG (bags) etc. Since quantity calculation for components is depend on batch specific, Itu2019s not possible change the unit components u2018Xu2019 in BOM.

To get the above requirement what is the configuration is required such change of process instruction category.

try setting up in the material master for teh material the Unit of issues as the unit you want to seee for consuption in the PI sheet.

it does nto affect how you buy this material if another UoM
