our customer wants to print material bar codes from SAP, but we need to know what is necessary and what license to use this functionallity

someone could help me with some information?

suzy is right we dont need any seprate license for this . jus go though these links then you have a fair idea how to setup printers for barcode printing

Hi,

As far as I know, no extra license is needed. You only need a printer who is able to print barcodes. You can test using standard texts like SAPSCRIPT-BARCODETEST (tr SO10).
