Usage of sales kit CPFH and DISH in on-premise?

Hello,

İn cloud we have option to use 4 types of sales kits as in the picture but when I examine the help page for Hana it shows only 2 type of sales kits which are LUMF and ERLA. 

I need to use the CPFH scenario in my process but I want to use the standard one but even the item category group CPFH is not defined in the Hana system. Do I need to create all settings to use CPFH in my process? Additionally, the sub-item categories are different for the CPFH and DISH too. Is there any reason for we can not use it in the standard SAP system? Thank you
