Forecast not displayed in RRP3 view

Hi Experts,

We had created a forecast manually in RRP3 view and we have a sales order which has consumed the forecast completely, so we only see sales order in RRP3 view which is as expected.

Now due to reasons, we had to give a rejection note to the sales order and the sales order is no more visible in APO, we expect that the forecast which was consumed should now be visible in APO, but instead it does not appear in transaction RRP3 under elements tab.

When I create a new SO , it consumes the forecast (which is not visible) and displays it under forecast consumption tab.

We ran OM17 consistency, but it didnt not help either.

Can you please help us understand why this is happening ?

Hi,
How did you execute the report? Did you execute with update mode?
If you select "list" option, did you see any correction result there?
Normally the report should be able to make Forecast tab and Element tab match.

The forecast situation in forecast tab after rejection looks correct (no consumption of the forecast).

Post executing the report I still dont see the missing/hidden forecast.

Hi Rajan,

What is the consumption situation in Forecast tab of /sapapo/rrp3 after you rejected the sales order? If Forecast tab is correct but element tab is incorrect, you need to execute report /SAPAPO/CSP_CORRECT_FCST.
