How can i automate the management of output agents of campaigns (or queue) fixed time?
There is a need to plan the work of the agents on various communication channels with customers throughout the day.

you could utilize profiles to achieve the requested with queues. How to can be found from advanced training document part 2 under chapter "profile for logging into queues". The document is available at market place.
