As I know, because I asked, deleting the data directly from the table is forbidden by SAP, if you have problems, the consequence is that you will not get solutions or service from them. It damage the integrity of the system.
It is unfortunate that it is not possible, because when you have 10.000 items in the database that are disable, it is not easy to find the active ones in this mess.
