Is it possible to remove items from sap b1 using delete statement query

Is it possible to remove all items from sap business one using query?

for example:

DELETE FROM OITM T0

or

TRUNCATE TABLE OITM T0

why don't recommend these ways to remove items or etc data?

As I know, because I asked, deleting the data directly from the table is forbidden by SAP, if you have problems, the consequence is that you will not get solutions or service from them. It damage the integrity of the system.
