RWB- 503 service Unavilable

Dear All,

I just upgraded service pack from SP15 to SP16 on my PI 7.31 dual stack system, and Upgradation successfully takes place.

But RWB is not avialable

Short error description :

           503 Service unavailable

         Error: application not started

NWA error: Application sap.com/com.sap.xi.rwb cannot be started. Reason: it has hard reference to application sap.com/com.sap.xi.mdt.beans, which is not active on the server because  application fails to start with errors. Contact component owners to investigate the problem with application sap.com/com.sap.xi.mdt.beans

Do you have any idea on this? Please suggest me.

Hi Sateesh,

This issue is related to basis team.

Please give the error logs to the basis team and ask them to analyse and resolve it.

As a PI consultant, there is nothing that we can do here.

Thanks for your suggestion.

We found the note 1335523 , according to note we applied latest patch Messaging component and also XI TOOL, because these both are depend on each other.

After that the problem resolved. now RWB is avilable.
