Change of Custom Adaptation in SAP MDG UI SCREEN via technical help

Hi Experts,

Im not able to edit the below adaptation or delete the custom one.

Is there a way to delete or make changes on this exisitng one as below in SAP MDG for customer screen (BP)

Hi Experts,

Is there an alternate option to achieve.

As I have created my own custom form uibb which im planning to add to the existing adaptation where the system doesnot allow to choose the adaptation itself.

Is there any SAP note or a way to delete the adaptation directly in adaptation or do i need to run some cache program so that i can go ahead in adding the form uibb to the adaptation.

I have tried creating some customizing in this screen but the problem is im not able to add the custom uibb to the exisitng one.

Request some guidance on this case.
