Hi,

How do we use the SAP Cloud ALM Real User Monitoring "analysis" view?
How do we use Real User Monitoring in general, what is the workflow?

Can we add or change the columns in the "Analysis" view?
How can we see more detailed information "such as request time stamps" using the "Analysis" view?

Thanks

The “Analysis” page is intended to give an eagle eye view for requests.
It offers two views, the “table” view (the default when opening the screen) and the “graph” view.
Different metrics are available in the “analysis” screen, but the data is always aggregated.

It is impossible to show a time stamp for aggregated data.
Showing any kind of time stamp for an aggregate would be misleading, as an aggregate comprises multiple different requests at different times.
Other data points (e.g. a user, a request, the number of executions) can easily be aggregated and displayed in a sensible way.

If time stamps are required, data from the “Analysis” screen (e.g. user name, request, etc.) can be used to perform filtering in the “Request” screen so the user can to drill down into the request and find the time stamp.

All user names will be anonymised unless the user accessing Real User Monitoring has at least role collection "Real User Analyst Sensitive".
