I've configured working external email in my SAP system. The sending process is working fine and I can send email to external email address.
But the email receiving is having an issue.
I reply to the relevant email which I mentioned to a user not receiving. That mean the receiving process is not working.
What can be the issue for it. The configuration which I did mentioned below.
- Created the profile parameters

| rdisp/start_icman | true |
| is/SMTP/virt_host_0 | *:25000 |
- Did the sap connect configurations as follows
configure default domain [example.com]
Use SMTP Node
Mail server and port is given [port 25]
- Then edit user settings
Change user type as system
