get incident information on api odata API_EHS_REPORT_INCIDENT_SRV

Hello experts, I hope you're doing well.

I'm currently working with the odata API_EHS_REPORT_INCIDENT_SRV and I'm encountering issues retrieving certain data. For example:

1. Where in S/4 Hana public cloud can I check (similar to a table) all values for IncidentStatus? I would like to see a list, such as 001 = Open, 002 = Closed, and so on.
2. The fields seem to be custom fields (Description of Events and Immediate Actions), so I believe they should appear in the odata, but I couldn't find them. How can I retrieve this information from the API?
