CCMS Central Auto-Reaction Method

Hi,

We have configured CCMS Central Auto-Reaction Method in solution manager system 3.2. The remote xi system is monitored through this.We have assigned System -MTE class-Method in Rz21 of the central system and done the configuration steps. But the email is not getting trigered.

There is some other system earlier configured in CEN are working well and mail generated .

Please guide ,Can anybody tell me what need to be checked?
