Shopping cart error

I am new to srm...while creating a shopping cart i am getting error as incorrect pricing...what might be the problem...what should i do...

Hi Hari,

What Scenario are you working on? Extended Classic or Classic. In case of Extended Classic Scenario you need the IPC to be switched on and installed. Please check with you Basis guys to ensure this is done.

Hi,

Run the transaction "BBP_CND_CHECK_CUST", to check the IPC and run the "Simulation of Pricing with Manual Price".

Hi Hari,

If you working with Classic scenario, you might not need the IPC. There is a BADI, i dont remeber the name and i dont have a system right now to confirm, but if you go into the BADI section, you will the BADI to switch off the IPC.

Hi,

You have to activate the simplified pricing BAdI.

Open the customizing tree (SPRO):

Under SRM Server-BAdIs-Pricing you can find the node 'Activate simplified pricing'. Just activate the BAdI and the IPC is bypassed.
