Attributes error in SRM 7.0 Classic

Hi ,

I am getting error, while one of my user changing her attribute at the portal.

error "Attribute FORWARD_WI is defined as having a single value " .

We are using SRM 7.0 classic .

While I am able to change her attribute from ppoma_bbp from backend.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hi Swati,

If you want to maintain multiple values for one attribute, you need to check the multi-val flag for the attribute in the table T77OMATTR
