Report Cockpit - PPM Item Error

Dear All,

I have created a collection of items and assigned items to it.

When I clicked on Items->Reporting Cockpit

I am getting below message.

Can I know if there is any missing configuration or service activation due to which the above message is displayed?

When I click on individual Item-> Reporting cockpit, it's displayed the correct data.

I'm for service activation, login to the backend and check the service activation in SICF

Last but unlikely check su53 for your user for missing authorizations.

Do I need to create a service under SICF?

I am not sure exactly which details need to be updated in SICF. Could you advise which details need to be updated here..
