VEPO / VEKP tables inconsistencies

Hello experts, would like your advice on this issue...

We have a delivery which shows a HU in its document flow, however we cannot delete the outbound delivery since it marks packing as complete; the problem here is that the HU was deleted at header level (NO ENTRY IN VEKP) but still shows in VEPO table.

We cannot replicate the issue since the users do not remember the exact steps they took to get to this inconsistency; so my question is there any Standard report we can use to correct this inconsistency? We do not want to force SE16N deletion by debug.

Ok, just in case anyone gets in the same situation, the solution we applied was to cancel the invoices; reverse PGI, picking & packing and then close the delivery using VL_COMPLETE since the delivery could not be deleted at all.

Please notice that the materials in this case were NOT located in a Storage Location that is HU managed.
