Process order settlement

Hi Experts,

I want to know how we can find out whether order has been settled or not. I have tried KOB1 t code but where to check in it that ensure order has been settled. Also, can you suggest that the order closed status get automatically set after settlement or we have to manually do that.

There are a few checks you can do. Assuming that the process order type is to be settled fully, the balance on an order should be 0 in KOB1 if it has been settled correctly. You should see settlement lines with Reference Procedure = AUAK if settlement is done. An order should be in status DLV or TECO to allow settlement to happen.

There is a mass processing transaction for process orders, COHVPI. You can use this to select orders according to status or selection profile, or over a certain age, and perform closing or deletion flag (deletion flag is important for performance reasons).
