What benefits would we have in having access to this? Would SP01 give us the same functionality?
why use SPAD, we need this for the helpdesk people?

Regarding the sp01 to see the print queue and kill the print queue.
Regarding the SPAD to configure the new printer in sap and edit or view the setting of the printer.
