I have the same issue. I have windows 10 running on aws cloud where I am hosting SAP Collaboration window to upload the invoices.
For months this setup was working fine however from last two weeks, the SAP CW started doing one of two conditions.
1) Sometime it uploaded the invoices to the error folder.
2) Sometime it uploaded the invoices to successful folder but the invoices do not show up in SAP account.
In DropZonelogs, it shows the internal server error 500.
to be precise, here are the logs which SAP CW produce.

I have already seen the above solutions of registry keys and everything is already fine the way solution describes and also I reinstalled the .Net framework and it is 4.8 version but no luck.
