SAP auto mailer issue

Dear Experts.

In Hana auto mailer service I attempted 3 times to test the connection, and it was showing error.

After some time again stopped services and then started it, and it showed connection OK.

But the mails aren't shooting from SAP.

Please let us know what could be the reason for this and the root cause why such issue occurs.

Please make sure you have checked through SAP Note 2340580 - Troubleshooting SBO Mailer in SAP Business One.

If you will still face issue, please create incident using SBO-BC-JOB component.

You have to configure the sender email before using mailer service. Please make sure you have configured it in SLD or general settings
