Inspection type 03 result recording accept reject impact on next operation confirmation and GR.

Dear Experts,

I activated Inspection Type 03 for InProcess Inspection and I did the result recording in QA32 for this Inspection Lot and for this operation the result recorded was out of range due to which this lot got rejected so the UD is also rejected but then also confirmation is allowing for next operation and also GR also posted for this Production order by increasing the stock of material. So may I know why its not stopping to do confirmation of next operation if previous operation result recording/UD is Rejected and also why its not stopping to do GR which is updating the stock of this material.

Hi @Amit_SAP 

If result recording of Inspection type 03 lot is rejected, so UD will also reject for inspection type 03 lot. Now if I am doing the UD of Inspection type 04 lot for same material then whether it will stop or is it give any message that Inspection type 03 lot is Rejected so cannot do 04 Inspection lot?
