Querry Based Approvals

Hi All

I have defined querry for approvals in terms tab but its not working. Alerts are working on these querries but approvals not Why?

Hi Richa

How are you writing you queries for approvals. For approvals it should be like the following

SELECT DISTINCT 'TRUE'

WHERE $[OINV.CardCode]='peter'

SBO needs a single true returned. Also did you tick the necassery option in general settings?
