Hi
We have multiple characteristics in inspection plan which is very common. We have one MIC in the inspection which is required test. If and only if this MIC results fails then a second test on the same sample is done. If this second test is accepted, then sample is deemed pass.
So we have MIC1 and MIC2 created and assigned in the inspection plan. MIC2 follows MIC1 in the inspection plan. MIC is setup as After rejection.
We are using inspection for physical samples and automatic valuation.
When MIC1 is rejected, MIC2 becomes editable & result are recorded & accepted. But the sample get rejected as we have automatic valuation setup driven by inspection points.
We need to make sample valuation accepted as second test is passed. What is the data & or config changes needed to pass the sample.
Thanks in advance for helping finding a solution
I don't believe you can change this behavior. I think the only thing you can do is use manual valuation of the inspection points.
