Maintain Employees -> Got error Determination of Business Partner Role for category BUP003

Dear Experts, 

We just done our first initial transport from Q to P system.
I am now in the stage of creating users in P system, when I upload and I got the error as below.

Is there any specific configuration we have to change, thank you so much!

Hello,

This error is raised because the Business Partner Configuration (SET content) is missing. This means that the P System does not contain the initial configurations from Q system (it is empty).
