KMAT BOM Not explod in MRP Run MD02 or MD50

Dear Sir,

I have below structure for Variant-

Level 1-KMAT

Level 2-KMAT

Level 3-KMAT

Level 4-KMAT

Level 4-ROH and HALB

All variant are configured and select in sales order properly.

at time of MRP run only level 1 material are exploded, system not go up to level 4.

We have maintain the strategy 25 in MRP view for all KMAT level.

Please help to sort out this issue.

Sumit Yeole,

Please check what BOM application assigned to each level in configuration profile as well as what BOM usage maintained for all these BOM's. Probably the second level BOM usage is not matching BOM application maintained and thats the reason BOM explosion not happening.
