formula for MIC in inspection plan

Hello Experts,

I have to use formula like Max(MIC1615 and MIC1616) for MIC 1617 in inspection plan.

How can I implement this formula in inspection plan?

IF CA0020>CA0030 THEN CA0020 ELSE CA0030
