After applying note 3086457 HR US Gender Framework, when a new employee is hired with the Form of Address (Ms), Ms is not being populating in the Name (ENAME Field) that displays the entire employee name and causing an error during payroll processing Pre DME.
Exact error message: F09 HR name editing incomplete for personnel number XXXXXXXX.
Work around to process payroll, changed employee form of address to Miss or Mrs.
Example 1:
Form of Address: Mrs.
Last Name: Tucker
First Name: Laura
Name: Mrs. Laura Tucker
Example 2: Record with Issue
Form of Address: Ms.
Last Name: Smith
First Name: Chasity
Name: Chasity Smith
Has anyone encountered this issue? If so what was the solution. Wanted to ask the community before I created an incident.
