Error in Time evaluation data miantained but shows only for some days not all?

Dear All,

I have an issue while running pt60 time evaluation for some period.

we are using +ve time evaluation with time management schema ZM00.

if i run pt60 for previous month it shows correct result,

but when i run pt60 for next month like January then it shows data for only date 04.01.2014 hence data is maintained in time events.

No leave is maitained in this period, no absence is marked.

Hi Sehrish,

please run time evaluation with log. I suspect there'll be an error blocking further calculation.

IF the red error message you see on the last day of the log doesn't help you, please post a screensot of the expanded error message.

Dear Sven Ringling,

I have run pt60 with display log, error display.

but i have checked the table, entries are maintained for period as for previous period.

but still issue arise.

Kindly let me know hoe to resolve it.

dear

you not used period parameter 01.but copied it to your customized one.you  changed it to 01 and TE run successfully.

Dear,

Period is generated for 01 not for 03. because we are using monthly payroll period.

kindly let me know is it compulsory to genrate payroll period for 03.

No its not necessary to for 03 because the PT60 evaluation the period for 01 . check the period is generate or not .

Dear.

Period is generated but for weekly not generated but error shows for 03.

can we generate weekly payroll period wihtout payday rule?

No dear please specify the pay day is required for some other use as well .

if payday rule is mendatory then is there any impact on payroll??

because our payroll period is monthly.

we run payroll at the end of the month.

i don't understand time evaluation linked to payroll period while our payroll period is monthly which is maintained but 03 (weekly period) is not maintained and issue arise.

can u elaborate that y issue due to weekly payroll period which is not needed.

is there any link of time evaluation to payroll period (monthly & weekly) both?

Dear ,

        These information is interlink . according to pay period information you can run the Time evaluation as well . If you are using the 03 weekly then please maintained the data .
