Good Day

I am getting the error message: Internal error (-5002) occurred Internal error (-5002) occurred65171 when I try to upgrade some business partners data usig DTW.

I check the template and I ensure it does not have spaces or additional charecters, I also used the template standar of DTW for business partnert. I disabled SPs and searchers formatted and I ensured the information that I write in the template exist in SAP but the error persist.

When I check one some of the Business partner that I try to update, I do no see nothing strange in its configuration. I attach example of the Template.

Please if you Know how to resolve this issue I will be grateful

thanks for your kind attention

I'm testing the data import with two lines. But adding any lines in he table OITM, the error is the same. I've mor than 20000 items to import.

I reinstalled the DI API and DTW, the problem continue.

Not tested in the other table, schema or envioriment and also the addition od the data by SAP B1 Client.

I'll the test now.

I found my mistake.

In my case, the spreadsheet contained the "Manufacterer" column that was filled with data that was still missing from the schema.

For some reason the application and log did nor report the absence of this data.

Thanks for your help.

Hello Joao,

How big is the file? Does it work with less records?

If it is pointing at a specific line in the import file, could you make that change manually in the system or do you get the same error trying to do the change with B1 Client as well?

You saw the log that DTW generates, in which you can identify which record is the one that is stopping the update.
