Employees not selected for Time Evaluation

Good Day Colleagues,

A colleague recently configured a new leave management systems.

Employees are not being selected during Time Evaluation run at all. I have checked the employee Time Status on IT0007, Infotype 41 is maintained, employee is active. I have also checked the relevant tables but I can't seem to figure out the problem.

In addition, I check both the schema and the pcr but I can't find the issue. Please assist

couple of suggestions

Have you checked the Time evaluation relevant dates on IT0003 ?

Are you running the correct schema (or Z copy thereof) for the time evaluation status you have set on IT0007? People on planned time versus people with clocked times are processed via different schemas.
