charts of accounts

Hi all,

while doing migo, i am getting following error.

"Company code 1000 and CO area 1000 have different charts of accounts

Message no. KI239

Diagnosis

Chart of accounts INT is assigned to company code 1000, and chart of accounts CAIN is assigned to controlling area 1000.

System Response

Only postings are allowed where company code and corresponding controlling area both use the same chart of accounts.

Procedure

Check whether the assignment between company code 1000 and controlling area 1000 is intentional.

Assign the same chart of accounts to the controlling area 1000 and the company code 1000. You do this using configuration."

How to change the chart of accounts of the controlling area?

tried tcode OKKP but there the field chart of account is "grey" (freezed) so i cant change it.

How to delete controoling area?
