Use Live Target Group based on "All Accounts" in Trigger-based Campaign

Dear Experts,

I created a live target group based on All Accounts segmentation profile.

I created a triggerbased campaign and wanted to use that live target group in the campaign as a filter.

But I cannot see/select it.

Does anybody know if that is even possible in SAP Marketing Cloud?

Use Case:

An email is sent to an Corporate Account email address via external system. We import that "email outbound" interaction to SAP Marketing Cloud for the corresponding Corporate Account. If the email is opened, the external system receives that information and sends it to SAP Marketing Cloud, too. The follow-up mailing should be done with SAP Marketing Cloud. So, we would like to send out a follow-up mail (also to the Corporate Account email address), if the mailing is not opened within 7 days. Because we're not able in SAP Marketing Cloud to work with "wait period" in triggerbased campaigns, I wanted to use a live target group with Accounts, that received the mailing but had no "email opened" interaction in the last 7 days.

If the live target groups based on All Accounts cannot be used in triggerbased campaigns, it would be great if anyone would know a workaround for my use case 🙂

Are you adding the filter to the Trigger step or the Send Email action?

I have just tested and can see the Live TG available in both 🙂

Of course the allowed filter TGs might be limited in the Send Email action depending on the Segmentation Profile of the email?

I tried both but cannot see it in the action nor in the trigger...

But good to know that it usually should work.

It should be possible.
Could you open an incident for the component CEC-MKT-CPG-EXE, this way we can have a deeper look into your scenario and let you know what are the issue.
