Hello everyone,
I am wondering what the logic is in the SAP Marketing Cloud for email campaigns if a contact has more than one email address with an opt-in. Which of the email addresses is the campaign sent to?
I was assuming that it is the email with the most recent opt-in, but it is not.
Is there a logic or is it just random?
Best regards,
Valeska
Hello Valeska,
It is not random.
Are you using marketing separation on or off?
Is your contact having multiple addresses for the same marketing area coming from the same origin?
Could provide an example that illustrate your situation, including the origin of the email ID.
Best Regards, Isabelle
