SAP Marketing Cloud - Is it possible to monitor approval workflows for Campaigns?

Hello Community,

Is there a way in SAP Marketing Cloud to monitor the Approval Workflow? 

For example: An approval workflow for Campaigns has four approvals required, 4 different team leaders must approve the campaign for it to change to "Approved" Status. But once the workflow has started, is there a way to see who has approved and who hasn't has approved yet? 

Is there a way to see, for example, that the campaign has been approved by the first and second team members, but it is still not approved by the third member, therefore the campaign still needs their approval to move on?

Hi @rebeca_elvetia ,

An administrator can see this information in the app “Flexible Workflow Administration” that is available for the Administrator business role.

In the app, you can retrieve the workflow for your campaign. This workflow’s Business Object ID would be the campaign’s ID. In the detail view for this workflow, in the View Settings, make sure the Step Type is displayed. Then you can see who has completed the workflow and who has the workflow still in status Ready.
