Sales Quote followup documents in C4C - integration scenario

Hello Expert,

We are having a requirement, where sales quote will be create in C4C and replicated to ERP. Sales order will be created as followup for the sales quote in ERP. My question is,

1. Is it possible to have the documents (Sales Order, invoice and delivery) as document flow for this Sales quote in C4C. I know Sales order is possible, what about the other documents invoice and Delivery in sales quote document flow. By standard, is it possible?

2. If it is not possible by standard(invoice, delivery in Sales quote document flow), what are the alternate options to achieve this?

Hi Bharathraj

It is possible to view the entire docflow in C4C. you don't need to do any customizations for this.

You need to enable the communication arrangement for Docflow and deploy the IFlow for Docflow in middleware.
