GiftCard Designer - Print template

Hi Community,

i have a question regarding the giftcard designer in the cco manager.

Can i use or configure the gift card-design from the cco-manager to print my gift card on the cco-pos after receipt printing like the DigtialGift card template "DigitalGiftCardPrintTemplate80mm"? Or can i only use the giftcard design template only for the export of pdfs in the cco manager?

Dear dstrunz,

The Gift card designs in CCO manager have impact on the export / printout of gift cards from CCO manager only.

There is no impact on the printout of gift cards on the CCO side. In CCO the active print templates from the Hardware tab (VoucherPrintTemplate80mm / VoucherPrintTemplateA4 / VoucherPrintTemplateJPOS) are considered for printing.

thank you very much for your Feedback. Now its clear for me.

I've tested the voucher printout "VoucherPrintTemplateA4" from local cco-pos and the print out from cco-manager. I think in the cco-manager is something happened. I've added two pics. The green is cco-pos and the red is cco manager.

Hi dstrunz,

Make sure you unselect Enable right to left writing mode in the CCOm Gift card designer app.
