Hi to alll

When ever we are getting external data for creation of bp..can we set the defaul role by which it should get for eg: when data is downloaded for creation of new bp from ELM whats the default role that the Bp takes...can we customise that setting.....

Hi Sanjana,

The roles which are created by defaults are theone which gets created while creating a Business Partner using BP transaction ( For Eg. Business partner general etc.)

In order to set a role, you can make use of BADI CRM_MKTLIST_BADI and method CREATE_BUSINESS_PARTNERS.
