Hi All,
under "Personal Data Removal" in the Data Privacy Workcenter we want to delete all individual customers in our test system. We could delete already more then 6000 Customers. When trying to delete the rest of them we see the following error message in the error log: "Number range depleted".
Any hints?
Hello,
during personal data removal the business partners are anonymized.
In this step also every business partner gets a new internal ID from the technical number range interval 08.
In the SAP standard this is defined as:
08 8000000000 8999999999
One thing you could do is check the current level of this number range.
If this is exceeded then you could try to enlarge this interval.
If this doesn’t solve the problem please address this with an CSN message to SAP.

I could not find the place where to reset the number range for the range interval 08. This is for example how are looking the number ranges for business partners in our system:
No current counter is visible here and also I could not identify the number range 08 you are writing about here. Where do I find the place to check the current counter for this number range?
