We’re pleased to announce that SAP Customer Checkout 2.0 Feature Pack 16 has been released on
1st of June 2023.
This new Feature Pack 16 includes enhancements to existing functionalities and new features in SAP Customer Checkout and SAP Customer Checkout manager.
The following enhancements are the main highlights of the new feature pack:
- Local Tax Calculation for the United States of America (USA)
- Using local tax calculation for Tax jurisdiction mode for USA
- New tax exemption reason codes available in the configuration settings of POS system
- Local Tax Calculation for the United States of America (USA) integrated with SAP Business One
- Tax Calculation with Avalara for the United States of America (USA)
- Allow return of receipts and sales items with same tax rates
- Receipt Reversal
- Reverse receipts in the SALES screen to correct faulty receipts
- New receipt is created which mirrors the original receipt but is inverted
- Customer data, shipment information, discounts, and notes are also applied to the reversed receipt
- New Retail UI
- Optimized Retail UI mode for the Sales screen to support all sales processes for retail businesses
- New SAP Default Retail UI quick selection configuration available
- Optimized arrangement of quick selection components
- Improved total receipt component in the Sales screen
- Enhancements in Quick Selections
- Change text size of quick selection buttons
- Edit background colours for article groups
- Possibility to assign components to a quick selection element
- Assign UI mode to the quick selection configuration directly while creation
- Optimized behaviour to show quick selection components directly while selecting
- Enhancements in Mobile Order
- Show images of assortments and articles in the Mobile Order UI
- Filter option available for delivery or pick-up orders
- Possibility to dispatch receipts when Mobile Order receipts were picked up or delivered
- Possibility to configure different ordering start and end times for delivery orders
- New outbound service available for generic communication system to fetch batch and serial numbers
- Optimized download page for digital receipts and digital gift cards
- Fast logout of users logged in in SAP Customer Checkout
- New plug-in available in tools folder to delete outdated receipt data from SAP Customer Checkout. Should be used according to local data retention laws.
- New job in SAP Customer Checkout manager to delete price elements for receipts
- New job in SAP Customer Checkout manager to delete receipts
- Enhancements for software Certification in compliance with NF 525 for France
