Enhancement category for table missing

Hi,

I am getting the warining message that Enhancement category for table missing while craeting the table, also iam getting the warning that enhance category for include or subtype missing

You would have to just give the enhancement category for the same ,

Go to extras-> enhancement category. Specify the enhancement category as per your requirement.

Hi,

Enhancement category defines that the table/structure can be enhanced after the creation as per the requirements, for example a standard table MARA if the enhancement category is set to can be enhanced, customer modifications can be possible.

If you wish to remove these warnings goto Extras->Enhancement Catogory in the structure screen and select the option of your choice

don't worry. You can ignore the warning.

I think it was release 4.7 when SAP introduced the enhancement categories for table appends and inserts. If the table contains only character-like fields, you can restrict extensions to this type and thus make sure compatibility.

Most standard SAP tables with extensions also don't have this category so that you get warnings whenever you do anything.

HI,

You need to assign Enhacement catogory for the table using the menu option

Go to extras-> enhancement category.

Also make sure if you have any .INCLUDE in the table, then you assign Enhacement catagory for the included strucutre.

Hi,

Enhancement category defines that the table/structure can be enhanced after the creation .this waring u can see in only ECC versions.So need to worry on it.Its a warning message only.Go ahead and activate the table.

hi,

goto Extras->Enhacement Catogory.

and specify any one of the enhancement category. that helps it in modification in future.

so we need to specify that. after that you activate it and it will be done.

Hi,

From ECC6.0 version its made mandatory for any table thta yopu create it.

We have to specify how the table has to behave.
