hey i attained one interview and they asked me the tell me the which are the import phase when we applying patches?

i am not able to getting satisfy answer from google and one more critical question is why the route between quality and production is called delivery route. please help me to find out i am not getting satisfy answer. please help me to find out.

have you read the rules of engagement of the SDN forum? I mean, if you have to answer interview questions it is better for the company that might hire you that you really know what you are being asked rather then just replying sth you've read in the forum.
