SLD check failed

Hi All,

I have isntalled the SAP solution Manager 7.1 SP05 with MSSQL 2008 R2 on Windows 2008 R2  During the managed system configurations I am connecting all Diag agents to Solution manager system  During that I am facing the issues in the all Diagnostics agents like "SLD check connection is failed"

I am copying the SMD agent trace file and host agent log file, Please give the suggestions to resolve the issue.

In the above log it is giving the user authorization error, but i have added the user SAPADM to local admin group also.

Please give me the suggestions to resolve this ..
