Eligibility for Employer contribution Match-Savings Plan

We have a scenario where we are creating a new 401K plan for employees in a PSA where everyone is eligible for employee contribution from day one of service but the Employer match should start once the employee completes one year of service as full time employee.

Any suggestions on how to configure this.

U can write the condition in the user exit 'EXIT_SAPLHRBEN00GENERAL_014' for ER contribution. Inside this user exit, there is one program ZXPBEU14 which can be written by abaper.

Query with IT0000 hiring date and check. If exp is <1 yaer, then make ' _ercst' =0

write a pcr on qurying with Date of joining of the Employee with 401K ER contribution.
