Eligibility for Employer contribution Match-Savings Plan

We have a scenario where we are creating a new 401K plan for employees in a PSA where everyone is eligible for employee contribution from day one of service but the Employer match should start once the employee completes one year of service as full time employee.

Any suggestions on how to configure this.
