What's best method to generate absence quota for child care

Labor code in Lithuania allow employees to get paid absence to take care for children:

  • 1 day every 3 month if employee has 1 child until 12 years old
  • 3 day every 3 month if employee has 2 children until to 12 years old
  • 3 days every 3 month if employ has child with disability until 18 years old
  • 6 days every 3 month if employee has 3 children until 12 years old
  • 6 days every 3 month for 2 children until 12 yers old in case one or both children have disability. I intend to do this as following - assign absence quota every quarter upon employee hire using user exist PBAS00001 badi BADI HRPAD00INFTY with above logic
  • Then every quarter to recalculate absence quota for all employees checking above conditions in program RPTQTA00 with help of user exits EXIT_SAPLHRV_001 - EXIT_SAPLHRV_005
  • Idea is to recalculate quota based on situation change - i.e. children get older than 12 years old, get disability or employee gets more children etc, Has anybody done somethink similar or suggest better way of doing this? Currently we do not user time evaluations, we use external payrol and absence requesting in share-point, thus checking against the quota if employee is still eligible for child care leave will be external system. I just need automated method to calculate eligibility for such absence
